This is a wonderful surgery which my family and I have been patients of for many years. The doctors are, across the board, good communicators, good listeners and supportive. Dr Bull and Dr Kelly are particularly gifted doctors. Receptionists are helpful, the practice itself clean. Would recommend to anyone lucky enough to be able to sign on as a patient here.

I can see the same doctor when I need to visit the surgery which is very important for me. I always received excellent advice and treatments and has been sent for checks at hospital when needed. The nurses are also very good taking care of vaccinations and giving me advice when I go on holidays abroad. The reception team is efficient and pleasant to all of us. I feel privileged to have access to such a good team. In spite of the recent changes in the NHS I really hope the Crown St Surgery will be able to continue as it is now.
